Shipping policy

Free shipping is offered to customers within the United States. Products are shipped with UPS unless otherwise requested in the "notes" section at checkout, or if UPS does not deliver to the address provided, an equivalent shipping method will be used. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and correct shipping address at checkout and changes and/or modifications to the shipping address may not be accepted after 24 hours of purchase.

Munchie Mountain is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service used. The average lead time is 2-3 business days and the average shipping time is 2-5 business days. Customers should expect their packages to arrive within 5-7 business days from ordering.
